Description
I was loading my equipment after a commercial shoot and turned to take a good look at an old picket fence that had caught my eye when I arrive at the location, hours earlier. The peeling paint, clinging vine well past it's prime with attached seeds and the rusty nail just seemed to be crying out for a portrait!

Most would walk right by and not even notice the wonderful textures and life of the vine spiraling outward and clinging on to the end! Beautifully seen and composed!

Wonderful abstract Lee. I thought it was an aging birch tree at first - a picket fence. White peeling paint on wood may not be a plus for the homeowner but it sure is more interesting for the photographer! Beautiful!
