The Sunflower is an important agricultural crop choice for US producers in the northern plains of the Dakotas to the panhandle of Texas. This field of sunflowers is located near the Mississinewa Reservoir in Indiana.
Taking the backroads to Indianapolis to visit family, I began passing fields of sunflowers. Ive loved the sunflower since I was a child in Kansas, where it is the state flower, and I simply couldnt pass them by without taking a few shots. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I did!
